These terms cover your use of civilizedcanines.com (“the site”) and any digital guide purchased from Civilized Canines (“we,” “us”). By buying a guide or using the site, you agree to these terms.

What you’re buying

Each guide is a digital PDF, delivered instantly after checkout by our payment processor, Payhip. Buying a guide gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for yourself. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or publish the PDF or its contents, in whole or in part.

What the guides are (and aren’t)

Civilized Canines is a character-driven comedy brand. The guides are written in a fictional dog’s voice for entertainment and general self-help purposes. Nothing in any guide is professional, legal, medical, or financial advice, and none of it should be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Each guide states this plainly inside as well.

Payment

All payments are processed by Payhip, a third-party platform. We never see or store your card details. By purchasing, you're also agreeing to Payhip’s own terms and checkout process.
